Oneida Lake Fishing

Sylvan Beach is a fisherman’s dream. With fishing points all along the lake, there’s always a new spot to explore (or one to keep as your own fisherman’s secret, of course). You shouldn’t have to exaggerate your successes here either – the Bass fishing is so great, Oneida Lake has actually become a frequent stop for the Pro Bass Tour. Your catch may also include bullhead, northern pike, walleyes, or perch. Oneida lake is also part of the sturgeon repopulation project, so if you catch a sturgeon, please make sure to release it back!
