The Sylvan-Verona Beach Resort Association in partnership with the Village of Sylvan Beach will be hosting
Bikes At The Beach 2008 from May 13th - Sept. 2nd 2008. Every Tuesday throughout the summer, Bikes At The Beach
will, yet again, be an exciting event in Central New York.
Sylvan Beach is a very dynamic tourist destination located on the East shore of Oneida Lake. The Village is bordered
on three sides by water and in recent years has been a popular destination for bikers, classic and custom car
enthusiasts. Located midway between Utica-Rome and the Syracuse metropolitan areas and only 7 miles from Thruway Exit 34,
we could not be more ideally situated as a day trip destination for bikers.
There are approximately thirteen restaurants, thirteen bars, six ice cream stands, an amusement park, a grocery store
and one mile of waterfront all within walking distance of one another! Inside of a five minute drive are an additional
four bars and three restaurants.
We reserve parking for bikes angled in on Main St from 15th Avenue all the way to the foot of the bridge.
This is truly an awesome sight to see. Directly behind the bikes in the Village Park
vendors cater to the bikers every whim. If you'd like to submit interest in becoming a Bikes At The Beach vendor, just fill out the form below!
